I have spent more than a decade helping families buy and sell across the Truckee Meadows, and I know these neighborhoods street by street. Caughlin Ranch and Somersett, Damonte Ranch and the Galena forest, the tree-lined blocks of Old Southwest Reno: each one has its own rhythm, its own pricing, and its own quiet advantages.
